    Good location, right next to ucr. A lot of students studying inside. Great customer service.

    All the staffis super friendly and definitely there is no discrimination. Even the homeless comes to use the restrooms and they have absolutely no issues with it.

    We ordered a Tall Cafe Latte and a Tall Double Chocolatry Chip Frap and it was delicious. They made it exactly how I wanted it, extra chocolate chips and extra foamy milk inside and less ice.

    We also got their salted chips, its called Simply Salted. Its actually Kettle Potato Chips. It was not that expensive we paid around $1.75 for a bag of chips. Overall the bucks is big and has ample parking spaces as well. The drinks are standard and their customer service is very good.

    I would definitely come back to this bucks. Oh! And they have drive through as well.

    Usually this place is good, somewhat long lines but hey that is nothing the workers there can help with. What they can however help with is getting the drinks correctly. Tonight I ordered 2 teas took about 10 min just to get to the window. And while there I was asked to scan my card from the app multiple times. The supervisor came over and said it was an error on my end. WRONG! He could see the balance was well more than for the 2 drinks ordered. You should never imply that it is a customers fault when it's their system. He then asked to scan it two more time STILL NOT WORKING. He re input the order and 'VUWALA' it worked. SMH.

    Now onto the drinks, they were basically water and ICE. I called back and spoke to the original supervisor that assumed it was my problem his system was not taking the payment. And he said I would have to drive back to the store to get them remade. I WAS ALREADY HOME! Frustrating. I will be back to speak with someone else in the morning. Update coming soon.

    Starbucks, how I love thee...

    On a recent trip to the area, I stopped by this Starbucks location to grab a quick bite and drink.

    I love being able to yelp businesses so that I can quickly and easily find them. I was thrilled to find out that this one had a drive-thru.

    Call me crazy, but my idea of a business having a drive-thru is for quick and easy service. This location is anything but.

    Thankfully I turned on the correct street so that I was able to jump in the line. And no idea that this particular location essentially has one way into their parking lot and one way out. As a heads up, no one pays attention to that rule.

    The line was incredibly long, but I was willing to wait it out after eyeballing the parking lot and realizing that there would be absolutely no place to park, in order to walk inside and place an order. After placing my order, the line still did not move very quickly. In fact, by the time I finally made it to the window, the woman that was helping me was completely flustered and unsure as to what my order was. She had to remake the drink that she thought was mine, and that required my sitting at the window for another 4 to 5 minutes.  I could only have a Magent how frustrated the drivers behind me must have been.

    I will say, much to their credit the drink was made correctly, and the food was exactly how it should've been. My frustration is that Starbucks corporation needs to step in and completely revamp this location. To get into the line requires that people sit in their cars out on a main street, and again, the parking lot is not suitable for this standalone business.

    Best service from Kylie and Racquel!!!!!!
    My sister, my mom and myself came to this Starbucks on a 3 hour drive to see an inmate and we needed some coffee for a long drive and these two beautiful ladies gave us the best customer service at any statbucks I have ever been too!!!!
    Forever I will come to this statbucks !!!
